All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits cannot be transferred to another trip, traveler, travel date, or future booking. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Booking Cancellations

• Any payments made after the initial deposit may be eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is received within 10 calendar days of the original booking date. After 10 calendar days from the original booking date, all payments made toward the trip become non-refundable.
• Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email.
• Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined based on the date the written cancellation request is received.

Payment Plans

• Travelers who select a payment plan are responsible for making all scheduled payments on time.
• Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• If a reservation is canceled due to missed or late payments, any payments already made may be forfeited and may not be eligible for a refund.
• Dream Vacay reserves the right to cancel bookings that become delinquent without further notice.
